Small & cozy w/ a nice asthetic feel
Positive: Layout was nice, location is great (but not so great for pizza delivery guys lol) LOVED the backyard
Negative: Door knobs (locks) stick, loose actual door knobs, towel rack in master loose, back door is hard to open/close. All minor cosmetic stuff.
If it’s almost a $100 cleaning charge, I wouldn’t ask the visitors to wash their dishes & pick up trash bags etc. if I’m cleaning up the house essentially, what’s the cleaning fee for?
