Positive: The location amd privacy. Negative: The guest Restroom had urine stains on the cover,the bed has a dip in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. There were no extra towels just 1, the TV remote in the bedroom didn't have batteries we couldn't watch TV, living room connection for the TV was hard to get service. The trash outside was full and smelled, it didn't get picked up before we got there, barley had room to throw our trash.

Negative: Ac didn’t work the first night. I was a late check in so it wasn’t able to get fixed till the next day. No fault of the owner it was mine for checking I late

Centrally located for birders Positive: We came to the Valley area for birding, and the apartment was centrally located for multiple birding center locations. The property was large enough for 2 people and my dogs. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. The space was clean, and there were towels and basic amenities. There is a dedicated parking spot, which was great. It was a great place for a weeklong stay and overall a positive experience. Negative: The internet was inconsistent; I had a few work meetings on Zoom that I got kicked out of because the internet/Wi-fi was so unstable. I had to restart the router a few times, and we were rarely able to watch streaming services. It was also a bit too crowded with furniture.
